Afghan is Chief of TAP Academy and Learn & Development services at ProMedical.
With more than five years of experience, Afghan is highly skilled in course design and delivering academies for the next generation of recruiters. In his professional training career, he has been successful in applying numerous design techniques and in delivering both virtual and face to face courses. These include classroom-based workshops, simulations, and interactive webinars.
Prior to ProMedical, Afghan managed the academy training functions for firms in the healthcare recruitment industries. He has a proven track record of training program development and management, knowledge of best practices, excellent leadership skills and is a highly effective communicator.
Outside of work, Afghan’s hobbies include sports, cooking and construction. Alongside football, cricket is his favourite sport and he plays for his local team. He is also a fan of arts and crafts, and enjoys working with his hands via DIY and house renovations for friends and family.
After leaving college, Altin started his career in medical recruitment back in 2001 where he spent the next 7 years dedicated to understanding the healthcare system, the staffing industry and core challenges being faced by the NHS and healthcare professionals.
Jason is the Sales Director and co-founder at ProMedical.
Jason has extensive experience in customer-facing roles from his time working in the hotel industry in the US, where he lived for four years. He immediately resonated with the vision and mission of ProMedical in placing itself as a new and innovative approach to medical recruitment, with a focus on putting people first. Jason joined the company at its inception and has been integral in making ProMedical what it is today. He has progressed from Trainee Recruitment Consultant to Sales Director and is now a prominent member of the Board. Jason helped to create the A&E, Nursing and Surgery divisions, and has been a key player in the development of the other recruitment teams.
Outside of work, Jason enjoys reading, spending time with his family and watching sports such as MMA, boxing, football and American football. He enjoys playing football with the ProMedical team every Wednesday evening. With a passion for travel, Jason has already visited most of the world’s continents. His aim now is to visit as many new countries as he can.
Ervin is the Digital Director at ProMedical.
His role spans from Marketing and Data Management to anything Tech and IT. He has been commissioned to digitally transform ProMedical into an esteemed healthcare solution recruitment company.
Ervin has an extensive background in Digital Marketing and Technical SEO. He holds a Master's Degree in Sustainable Tourism and is a keen supporter of a clean and green world.
Outside of work, Ervin loves spending time with his son and wife, as well as biking and playing chess.
Emma is the HR Manager at ProMedical.
Her role is wide-ranging, but with people always at its core. She works in partnership with colleagues to enable development, opportunities, and to promote both physical and mental health in the workplace.
Emma’s passion for working with people started when she supported children with learning disabilities in respite units, and helped them back into education. She trained and practiced as a therapeutic counsellor for children as young as four, through to adults, specialising in mental health, challenging behaviours and learning disabilities.
Emma’s work with children, young people and adults in deprived areas eventually transitioned into a HR career, with a focus on making a difference to people’s lives. Since completing post-graduate studies in HR at Anglia Ruskin University, Emma has worked in various sectors, including private and not-for-profit. She is a proud Chartered Fellow Member of CIPD, Fellow Member of CMI and member of the British Psychological Society (BPS).
In her personal life, Emma loves to travel the world and scuba dive - which allows her to explore the wonders of the sea.
Roger is the Finance Director at ProMedical.
He makes sure that the financial side of the company runs smoothly: collecting what we are owed and paying out what we owe, as well as making sure we have sufficient funds for reinvestment in the business, both in terms of infrastructure and staff.
Roger is a Chartered Accountant and has worked both in the UK and Overseas (Japan, Vietnam and the Czech Republic to name a few). He has significant experience in the medical sector, alongside other areas such as Leisure, Entertainment and Construction.
Roger is married with one teenage daughter, which means that he often spends his weekends as a taxi service. He enjoys travelling with his wife, and a couple of places on his bucket list include Tibet and New Zealand.
Tiffany is a Senior Recruiter for the Women & Children Division at ProMedical.
She is one of ProMedical’s longest serving staff, having been with the company for nearly 11 years. Her role is to support the NHS in providing temporary staffing solutions for Paediatrics and Obs & Gynae.
Outside of work, Tiffany loves playing netball, spending time with her family and travelling abroad for holidays.
Sarah is one of the senior members of the Women and Children’s team at ProMedical.
She has worked at ProMedical for almost five years, having started with the company from a trainee.
Prior to ProMedical, Sarah worked within a number of customer-driven environments. She understands the importance of a high level of customer service and strives to build strong, long lasting relationships with the people she works with.
Outside of work, Sarah is mum to two beautiful daughters, so she loves to spend time at home with the family. She likes to keep active by running, going to the gym and taking her German Shepherd Duke for long walks in the countryside.
Marcus is an Account Manager at ProMedical.
His role consists of many daily tasks, but always with a strong focus on providing exemplary customer care to our clients. His aim is to ensure that ProMedical provides the best service possible by assisting the NHS with any staff shortages and truly understanding their needs and demands.
Prior to ProMedical, Marcus studied Drama and BTEC Performing Arts for his A-levels, so considers himself to be quite the entertainer!
Outside of work, Marcus enjoys exercising, gymnastics and socialising with friends and family.
David is a Recruitment Consultant at ProMedical.
He currently specialises in General Nursing as well as A&E, Critical Care (ITU/HDU), Paediatrics, and Midwifery.
David has over four years experience within the medical sector. Prior to ProMedical, he began his career as a compliance officer and has also specialised in Doctors recruitment.
Outside of work, David dedicates his weekends to the younger generation and volunteers as football coach at his local under 9’s football club.

She specialises in placing locum Mental Health Nurses and Community Psychiatric Nurses into the NHS and private sector.
As a driven consultant, she always strives to get the best results for her candidates. She places a focus on putting people first with her bubbly and caring personality.
Prior to ProMedical, Nicole studied Travel and Tourism in college and now always finds a way to travel around the globe.

Outside of work, Caleb is a passionate football fan, and loves to soak up the atmosphere by attending live matches. When Caleb isn't at the football ground, he enjoys playing video games and going out with his friends to socialise.

His role entails supporting Trusts with their need for high-quality staffing solutions. He has also worked on the other side of the coin in helping doctors find the Trust locations that are right for them.
Prior to joining ProMedical, Zap worked in the fashion industry, which he credits with helping him to realise that the most important elements of a person’s work are found in the details.
